Following the success of the previous three movies, July the 1st saw the release of Minions: The rise of Gru. Entailing the return of the Minions’ brightly colored brand of gibberish-fueled insanity.
Since the release of the first Minion featuring movie; Despicable Me in 2010, minions have become world-renowned family favourites. So much so that it is the highest-grossing franchise animated film franchise even surpassing Shrek, another family favourite.
