Fantastic service very quick delivery

Ordered click and collect as I needed it within 3 days however item was delivered. I called the store as I was concerned it wouldn’t get to me in time however the person I was speaking to was SO helpful and lovely, he even rang me the next day with delivery updates. The order was delivered next day with a time slot. I just want to say a big thank you for making the process so smooth! Will shop again with this company!

The bear arrived and is beautiful. The courier kept me informed, but had the delivery title – your delivery from beers of Europe, which was confusing. The box it came in was a bit flimsy with a single row of sellotape to fasten it and it was starting to come apart, but the contents were fine. All in all was very good.
