This is my first Steiff toy, and they certainly don’t disappoint! It’s well made, very soft and true to life. I can’t fault it. Would definitely recommend Steiff to anyone

I had spotted a limited edition bear I liked the look of on the website and contacted them by email for further details. I received a rapid response with photos and all of the relevant information I had asked for. I placed the order and was even able to select the specific numer of the limited edition bear. it was delivered the following day and I loved it. The whole shopping experience was faultless and personal and I would not hesitate to buy from The Steiff Shop again.

Purchasing A teddy bear from The Steiff shop was a very easy and pleasant experience. the Teddy, was in a nice box and postage was prompt. Fiona also left a nice note on the bill, which was a nice thought

Very surprised to find this Limited Edition Bear and even more so at the Retail price but it was supplied and delivered very quickly.
